The customer must provide with accurate and complete shipping information, including address, postal code, recipients’ telephone number, and the full name of the recipient. We will not be liable for any loss of parcel if you supply us with incomplete or inaccurate information. Parcels that use express delivery service may require a signature on delivery.

If you choose to use any of our delivery partners’ personalized services (including but not limited to having your parcel delivered to a neighbor, left in a safe place, or picked up by yourselves), Invidia163 shall not be liable for any items which are lost, damaged or delayed.

Invidia163 will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated arrival time. Nevertheless, please note that the estimated arrival time may vary due to unforeseen situations such as bad weather, customs clearance, travel or transportation disruption, or higher-than-anticipated demand, etc. Invidia163 shall not be liable for any delay or failure by us to deliver your order within the estimated arrival time as a result of such delays. Please note that delivery of your order may take longer during sale or other busy periods.

Invidia163 ships worldwide from the factory in China. By specifying a delivery address outside of China, we will notify you of the international delivery charge(s) applicable to your order at checkout and the amount will be added to the total amount of your order. Estimated arrival time of your order to an international address will vary according to its destination. 

Where you have requested delivery of your order to countries outside of China, any taxes, duties, fees, levies or other charges levied by the local customs are at your own cost. The payment we charge you on the product will not include the cost levied by local customs. Please note that we will not refund any applicable local customs duties charged to you and paid to your local customs authority. Certain countries permit refunds of customs duties paid on products you subsequently return. However, you will need to apply to your local authority to process that.

You will be subject to customs charges made up of duties, a disbursement fee and a brokerage fee. This fee will be charged regardless of the price of your parcel and we can't control these charges. The delivery partner will contact you directly once they have your parcel to collect the payment over the phone. This may cause a delay to your shipping if not paid straight away.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped to countries other than China may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Invidia163 has no control over these charges, we regret to say we cannot advise on the amounts.

Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID. Countries / regions that require an identification number include but are not limited to: Brazil, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Israel, Nicaragua, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.

Shipment is made within 7 working days from the order fulfillment. Shipping times are usually 20 days from order fulfillment. Ps: some delays of couriers are contemplated due to the circumstances due to COVID-19.
